Welcome to Clinch (the "App", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use this app. If you are under the legal age, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Any activity on your account is your responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its data

4. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or other paid features:

  • You agree to the pricing and billing terms at the time of purchase.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled in your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and functionality are owned by Clinch and protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the app.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a license to use it for providing the service (e.g., displaying your profile).

We may remove content that violates our policies.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as-is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll notify you by posting the new Terms in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Southern Jutland (Retten i Sønderborg).
